BadgePass offers a variety of on-site services including product installation and configuration, operator system training and ID badge design. Trainings can be customized to accommodate for individuals or groups and can be performed onsite or remotely. On-site equipment repair is also available.

Not only do we have a team of developers dedicated to consistently enhancing and releasing new products and applications, we also have an incredible service and support staff. Our local service team spans over fourteen (14) states, allowing us to provide onsite installation and training during your BadgePass implementation, as well as ongoing support after the install is complete. We have sales and service teams in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
