COVID-19 Update from BadgePass

To all of our customers and partners –
I wanted to extend a sincere thank you to each of you during this time of uncertainty. If you’re anything like me, you’ve already received hundreds of emails from other companies with updates about what they’re doing to keep you safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is not one of those emails, as BadgePass does not intend to provide any guidance related to the subject.
We did, however, want to take this opportunity to let you know that BadgePass is doing everything in our power to keep our team members healthy and ensure that we continue to provide the best customer service possible during this time! We are currently fully functional in our ability to support customers including sales, service and order fulfillment. As a company, we will continue to modify and evolve our plans as the situation evolves to ensure we continue to meet your needs.
Some updates on our current policies:
Remote Work – Most of our employees are now working virtually from their homes. However, they continue to be available to connect with you by phone, video messaging, remote support tools and email.
Office Visitors – We have instituted a no visitor policy at each of our offices. Our team members are encouraged to use virtual meeting tools to conduct internal and external meetings as needed. Each of our offices are operating with additional precautions included increased cleaning of facilities and spacing increases.
Travel – All business travel is suspended and we are planning to leverage technology to conduct virtual meetings during this time.
Order Fulfillment – Our warehouse is still fully operational and experiencing very few delays in fulfillment. We are in daily contact with our manufacturers and suppliers and will inform you of any potential impact on your product deliveries.
