Once a card is printed, it is automatically active in the badge entry system, allowing a cardholder to instantly start using their badge.
The BadgePass Data Sync tool allows us to keep our system up to date with all of the latest information about your organization and cardholders. When a new person joins your team, their information is already available in Identity Manager, allowing you to quickly print a badge for them. Even better, when an employee leaves, our system is updated automatically and their access control badge is instantly deactivated.
