This position is based out of our Ridgeland, MS office, where we are headquartered. However, Sales Development Representatives are given an opportunity to accept a position as a Regional Territory Manager in one of our open sales positions throughout the country after completion of a minimum of six (6) months of in-office sales and business development.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on becoming extremely proficient at understanding BadgePass products and how to position them in the marketplace. You will learn to configure and demonstrate the product for both virtual and in-person meetings.

You will be assigned a remote regional territory to generate new business opportunities in through prospecting and new business development. You will learn the ins and outs of prospecting, scheduling appointments, conducting discovery calls and meetings and performing product demonstrations. You’ll have an opportunity to quote your own opportunities, generate sales and earn commissions while building meaningful relationships with key accounts in your assigned region.

No sales experience? We’re good with that! We’re glad to train you on the ins and outs of the sales process, as well as our solutions!
